Refund Policy

All Artooma products are digital PDF reports delivered by email. Because digital content cannot be returned once received, this policy differs from a physical goods return policy. Please read it before purchasing.

Delivery Guarantee

If you do not receive your report within 5 business days of purchase, contact us at support@artooma.com with your order confirmation number. We will resend your report. If we are unable to deliver it, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Before contacting us, check your spam or junk folder - automated emails from us occasionally land there.

The Future-Proof Guarantee

We hold every report to a high bar. If yours does not meet it, email us at support@artooma.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right. Still not satisfied? Full refund, no questions asked.

Defective or Incorrect Content

If the report you received contains a significant error or is materially different from its description on our website, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@artooma.com. We will either provide a corrected report or issue a full refund.

Promotional Purchases

Purchases made with a discount or promotional code are subject to this same policy. Using a discount code does not affect your right to a remedy for non-delivery or defective content.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider but is typically 5 to 10 business days after we confirm the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, contact us.
